In a letter to Inspector General of Police, the Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka says it has been brought to the notice of the commission that recent iteration of Prevention of Terrorism Act has been grossly manipulated to exert tyranny through undemocratic methods and to justify the wrongful arrest of protestors.
