Rishad  Bathiudeen,  Member  of  Parliament  and  Leader  of  All  Ceylon  Makkal Congress  was  arrested  by  the  CID  on  24th   April  2021  under  the  Prevention  of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act No. 48 of 1979.
