Issuing a statement The Bar Association of Sri Lanka BASL statement calls for an immediate impartial inquiry on how two persons were killed at the hands of police on 22 February 2025.
It further calls to take of all measures to prevent recurrence of such encounter killings and custodial deaths and strict action against all officers responsible.
