In her response to the statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ambika Sathkunanathan says that “in this regard the insinuations made in the ministry statement are degerous.my attention has been drawn to articles peddling false information about my supposed link the LTTE being circulated on social media in wake of the statement. The statement therefore could course persons with racist ideologies to harass and perpetrate violence; including cyber violence aglint me”
