The Sri Lanka-based YouTube channel Dark Room, which expressed critical views regarding the current National People’s Power Government, has been banned by the Government, the website states.

The people of the country as a whole had their right to information and freedom of expression curtailed through Dark Room yesterday (26).
The Malima government is clearly denying basic civil rights including the freedom to practice one’s religion, hold one’s political opinion and organize.
It is very clear to you that our society has been engulfed by a repressive autocracy similar to the Nazi regime.
The reasons for the banning of the Dark Room channel, which exposed the evils of Nalinda Jayatissa, are stated in the video below.
