(Srilankamirror )- Jaffna organizer of the Movement for People’s Struggle formed by the JVP dissidents and another member are missing since last evening. The JVP dissidents formed a new movement called the Movement for People’s Struggle and a press conference was held in Jaffna yesterday. The movement was to be launched today.
Lalith Kumar Veeraraj, the movement’s Jaffna organizer and Kugan Muruganandan had arrived in Jaffna from Vavuniya yesterday to attend a press conference organized by the movement.

JVP dissident group member and DNA MP Ajith Kumara said that Lalith Kumar and Muruganandan had left the latter’s residence last evening around 5 p.m.
Kumara said that Muruganadan’s wife had informed the movement that the two members were missing since they left the house saying they had to attend to some work last evening.
“A complaint was lodged with the Jaffna Police about the two missing persons,” he noted.
