This year the government will initiate reforms in the media sector and establish regulatory commissions says Parliamentary reforms and Media Minister Gayantha Karunathilaka.
He has made these comments addressing the staff after attending religious observances yesterday (2 Jan).
The Minister has said that the government will implement major transformation in the media sector by getting the views of the public until January 31.
