The Leader of the T,.M.T.P party and the Member of the Eastern Provincial Council Sivanathurai Chandrakanthan has had a central committee meeting to discuss about the 13th amendment. It was unanimously agreed that amendments or to withdrawals of powers they are not agreeable.
The 12th amendment was made on a n agreement between Indian and Sri Lankan governments. If these are changed there is bound to be conflicts and trouble it was revealed.
